- 1 2 green bell pepper seeded finely chopped
- 40g button mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 egg lightly beaten
The Instruction of pizza
- preheat the oven to 220u00b0c in a baking dish with parchment paper place a sheet of dough on the tray spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pastry leaving a 2cm border sprinkle with the cheese continue layering with ham salami olives peppers and mushrooms
- place remaining sheet of dough over the filling to enclose press the edges to seal brush the dough lightly with the egg bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden remove from the oven and cut into quarters to serve serve immediately
